Group Supervision with Cyd Crossman - April 2023

This month's group supervision will be facilitated by Cyd Crossman.

Cyd supports practitioners of Somatic Sexuality to strengthen and grow who  they are as professional and unique practitioners. Providing a confidential and safe place where they can talk openly about their work,  their clients, where they might feel stuck and how they are evolving or  would like to evolve as clinicians. Cyd is passionate about meaningful therapy in an evolving humanistic way. As therapists we are  human and as we come into relationship with our clients, we have an  opportunity to grow as people and deeply support our clients in an  integral, respectful, and compassionate way. Cyd has worked in  various roles in Sex Education for 15 years + and is presently working  as a psychoanalytical psychotherapist supporting clients with general issues, complex trauma, including sex abuse survival.

The SSEAA has dedicated an annual budget to fund subsidised group supervision for our members because we recognise the value and importance of making professional support available to all practitioners.   Supervision is a mandatory requirement for membership. Group supervision is an excellent way to support the integrity of your sessions, continue developing your practice as a Sexological  Bodyworker and connect to with community.

Our Group Supervision is open to all somatic sex educators at a non member rate of $50.
