What should I do
Please abide by the current rules of the government, please do follow the news as they’re changing virus controlling measures every day and hour as you know.
Shall I work in the current situation
We cannot recommend you to continue working or shut down for the time being, it completely depends on the nature of your business and your personal decision.
Will my insurance cover me for coronavirus (COVID-19)
Please do not completely rely on insurance and continue working because each claim is different and claims procedure depends on the circumstances and investigation. The circumstances may include high safety measures, hygiene factors, social distancing, government rules at the time etc and also as per the terms and conditions, inclusions and exclusions of the policy. We cannot give a definite answer on whether you claim on coronavirus will be paid or not. Please note that policy will not cover your personal health at all, it would only respond to the third party liability claims.
Can I provide my professional services online via Skype, FaceTime etc?
As per the law, registration body and the association, if you’re allowed work online and your work is suitable to provide online sessions, your policy will consider those online sessions within the scope of your professional activities, hence included in the cover subjected to the terms and conditions of the policy.

If you have confirmation from your state government that you’re allowed to provide somatic sex educational services during this pandemic, policy will continue to cover you as per the usual policy terms and conditions. Policy will also continue to cover your somatic sex education services via tele-health (including online sessions via Skype, Facetime, Zoom etc.) subjected to the usual terms and conditions of the policy.
