Sex and sexuality are fundamental parts of being a human. So why do we all feel like we’re making it up as we go? And why isn’t anyone talking about it?

If you’re anything like me, your sex education was less than ideal. You probably learned most that you know from friends, sealed sections and porn. While these are all helpful sources of information, they’re not sufficient, and you’ve probably been left feeling a little underwhelmed and dissatisfied with the sex you’re having (or not having!)

You’re here because you recognise the need for a shift. Whether you’re thrilled with your sex life, or feeling less than lacklustre, you’ve identified that there is something in your current sexual experience you’d like to change. Good on you for being proactive about it!

I’m a qualified and trauma informed somatic sexologist. My role is to empower you to navigate your sexual exploration by providing quality sex education on topics you actually want to know about! I’m a queer cis woman who is kink and poly friendly. As a neurodivergent practitioner, I know what it’s like navigating sex and intimacy while living with AuDHD and anxiety.

Sessions are available in Coffs Harbour or online, so you can log on wherever you are in the world. You will be empowered with the tools and skills to figure out where you are, where you want to be, and how you’re going to get there.
