I'm fascinated by the dynamics we create with one another and by the possibility of transforming suffering into deeper connection. My work explores relationship in its broadest sense: our relationship with ourselves, with intimate partners, with our bodies, with culture, and with the living world.
My practice integrates attachment theory, nervous system regulation, embodiment, sexuality, desire, communication, and the examination of inherited cultural stories about gender, love, work, purpose, and success. I facilitate women's and non-binary circles exploring embodiment, perimenopause and menopause, land-based spirituality, and the profound transitions these life stages invite.
Some of my favorite work is with men and AMAB clients, particularly around learning to receive love, working with avoidant attachment patterns, untangling masculine socialization, and exploring kink and alternative relationship structures with authenticity, consent, and care.
As a Somatic Sex Educator, I do not provide hands-on touch. Instead, I help clients develop a deeper relationship with their own bodies and support them in communicating clearly about touch, intimacy, desire, and relational needs, so they can create relationships that feel more genuine, connected, and alive.
For more than twenty years, I worked in secondary education as a teacher and leader, facilitating conversations about philosophy, history, comparative religions, literature, and the social systems that shape how we love, connect, and make meaning. I've always been more facilitator than lecturer, inviting people to examine inherited patterns and discover more authentic ways of living and relating.
I hold a Master's degree in Philosophy, an AMI Montessori Diploma, and a Certification in Somatic Sex Education from the Institute for New Paradigm Intimacy.
