Claire Craven is a somatic sexologist, coach, and psychology graduate (First Class Honours) who helps individuals and couples deepen connection, navigate intimacy, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

Drawing on psychology, somatic sexology, nervous system awareness, and lived experience, Claire creates a warm, non-judgemental space where conversations about sex, desire, pleasure, communication, and relationships can happen openly and honestly.

Claire's work is also informed by her own journey. After years spent living largely in her head, navigating chronic pain and endometriosis, and rebuilding her confidence following a long-term sexless relationship, she discovered the transformative power of slowing down, listening to the body, and redefining pleasure on her own terms. Those experiences deepened her understanding that intimacy isn't about performance or getting it right; it's about curiosity, connection, and learning to come home to yourself.

Known for blending evidence-based understanding with curiosity, humour, and genuine human connection, Claire supports clients to move beyond insight and into embodied change. Her work is trauma-informed, consent-led, kink-aware, and grounded in the belief that sexuality is not something to fix, but something to explore with compassion and curiosity.

Through The Pleasure Paradox, Claire helps people feel more at home in their bodies, their relationships, and themselves.
